After coming out from a long week end the backcountry I went to pick Mallorie up for her trip here to visit me. While we were camping out on Friday night I asked her to marry me, and luckily for me she said yes. I know most of you are probably thinking that it is about time (haha.) I wanted to call everyone but that is not possible, so until it is this is the best I can do to keep yall informed. I am going back into the backcountry for the next 9 days, and I will update everyone then. As you can tell I am going pretty strong but I will try to do my best to post good pics and comments when I return.
Bye.
PS- Love Ya Mal!

Jordan, Everyone here is so excited for you and Mal, Ralph called from the hospital this morning. He sounded good and of course he is proud to have you as a future son in law. We already feel Malorie is our daughter and we are very proud for you both. I know she was very surprised. I am sure you pick out the perfect spot to pop the question. I will be in Columbia for work this week so hopefully I can hear all the detail and get to see the ring you selected for her. Wow you really did it the Jordy way. I am sure it was very special for you guys. I am very proud to have Malorie as my daughter in law. I can't way for you to get home so we can all celebrate together! Well be careful out there with the bears and don't let you mind start thinking about other things. we want you home in one piece!! Love you, Mom
